Terms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These Terms are a contract between you and ISENDORA INC., 3040 NE 190th St, Apt 303, Aventura, FL 33180, USA, the company that operates Sigme. In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean ISENDORA INC., and “Sigme” means the site sigme.io, the app and the emails of Sigme.
You accept these Terms when you agree to them in Sigme: when you sign up, or on a page that someone shared with you. If you do not agree, do not use Sigme.
The YouTube Terms of Service
Sigme uses YouTube API Services. By using Sigme, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
Privacy
How Sigme collects, uses and shares your information is in the Privacy Policy of Sigme. A link to it is at the foot of the pages of the Sigme site. You must agree to it before you use Sigme.
Who can use Sigme
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you can use Sigme only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian accepts these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of Sigme and for its payments.
- Give true information when you sign up, and keep your email current.
- Keep your password and your account safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think that someone else uses your account, email us at once at support@sigme.io.
What Sigme does
Sigme is a tool for YouTube creators: it compares the public metrics of the channels in their niche and shows what works in it. The analytics of a connected channel is visible only to its owner.
Sigme shows signals about your niche, gives ideas for your channel, draws pictures for the ideas, writes the script of the source video of an idea and sends a weekly report. Sigme makes these texts, scripts and pictures automatically with models. They can contain mistakes. Check them before you rely on them. Sigme does not promise views, subscribers or any other result.
The numbers that Sigme calculates, for example how far a video went above the usual level of its channel, are estimates of Sigme. They are not data of YouTube. YouTube and Google do not endorse Sigme.
We can change, add or remove features of Sigme.
Your channel
- You can use Sigme with no channel, add a channel by its link, or connect a channel with Google.
- Connect only a channel that you own or that you are allowed to manage.
- An account has one connected channel at a time, and a channel can be connected to only one account.
- Sigme only reads the data of your channel. It never publishes, changes or deletes anything on YouTube.
- You can disconnect your channel at any time in Settings, or revoke the access of Sigme at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. What Sigme then deletes, and when, is in the Privacy Policy.
Pages that you share
When you press Share, anyone who has the link can see that signal or idea, with your channel or your first name, as the Privacy Policy tells. Share only what you want others to see. A link works while you have the signal or the idea in Sigme, and you cannot turn it off.
Ideas, originality and the rules of YouTube
Sigme gives ideas to help you make your own videos. It does not tell you to copy the videos of others. You are responsible for what you publish. Follow the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and the monetization policies of YouTube, including its rules on reused and inauthentic content.
Subscription and payments
The plan
- Sigme has one plan: a subscription that gives access to all of Sigme and renews every month.
- The price is on the payment screen of Sigme before you pay. It is in US dollars and includes taxes. Stripe processes the payments and calculates the tax.
- If you buy as a business and give a valid tax ID, Stripe may charge no VAT, and the price stays the same. Your business then pays the tax where the law requires it.
- Your card statement shows the charges of Sigme under the name “Sigme”.
The free trial
- A free trial needs a card. You get one free trial. We can refuse a free trial to a card that already had one.
- The length of the trial and what it includes are on the payment screen before you start.
- When the trial ends, Stripe charges your card the monthly price, and then again every month, until you cancel. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
- If you use all your trial ideas, you can start your subscription before the trial ends. Stripe then charges your card at once, your trial ends and your first month starts.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month at the price on the payment screen, and Stripe charges the card that you gave, until you cancel. When your trial or your subscription starts, we email you the price, the date of the first charge or of the renewal, how to cancel and how refunds work.
How to cancel
- Cancel at any time in Settings. You do not need to contact us.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing, and you keep access until the trial ends.
- If you cancel a paid month, you keep access until the end of that month. We do not refund the rest of the month, except under “Refunds” and under your right of withdrawal below.
- While the period lasts, you can resume a canceled subscription in Settings. It then continues with the same renewal date and no new charge.
- When your trial or your subscription ends, your data stays in your account. You get it back when you subscribe again.
When a payment fails
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries the payment again for a period, and you keep access while it tries. You can change your card in Settings.
- If all the tries fail, your subscription ends and your access closes.
- If you cancel while a payment has failed, your subscription ends at once.
- If you dispute a charge with your bank for its full amount, your subscription ends.
Refunds
- To ask for a refund, email us at support@sigme.io. Sigme has no refund button.
- Once per person, we refund your last charge in full if you ask within 14 days after it. Your subscription then ends at once, and your data stays.
- We always refund a charge that is our mistake, such as a double charge or a charge after you canceled. Such a refund does not count as your one refund.
- If a payment goes through after the deletion of your account starts, as the Privacy Policy tells, we refund it automatically.
- Apart from your right of withdrawal below, we refund nothing else, including the rest of the month when you delete your account.
Your right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from your contract with no reason within 14 days after the day you conclude it. You conclude it on the day you start your free trial, or on the day you start your subscription with no trial. A renewal is not a new contract. A subscription that you start again after it ended is a new contract, with its own 14 days. To withdraw, tell us within these 14 days with a clear statement, for example an email to support@sigme.io. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. We then refund in full what you paid under that contract. This right is in addition to “Refunds”.

How you can use Sigme
Do not:
- copy, scrape or download the content of Sigme in bulk, or access Sigme with bots or scripts
- try to get around the limits of Sigme, for example with more accounts to get more free trials or more ideas
- share your account with other people or sell access to it

Content and rights
- Sigme, its code, its design and its texts belong to us. We give you a personal right to use Sigme under these Terms while you have access.
- You can use the ideas and the pictures of ideas that Sigme makes for you, for your own channel and videos. Sigme can give similar ideas to other people.
- A script shows you what is said and shown in a video, so that you can study it. It gives you no right to the words or to any other content of that video: they belong to their owner.
- What you enter in Sigme stays yours. You let us use it to run Sigme for you and to check the quality of its texts, as the Privacy Policy tells.
- If you send us feedback, we can use it to improve Sigme, with no duty to you.
The end of your account
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your subscription then ends at once, and we delete your data as the Privacy Policy tells.
- We can delete your account if you break these Terms or if the law requires it.
- If we close Sigme, we tell you before it closes, and we stop all charges.
Disclaimers
Sigme is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent that the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a purpose and that Sigme is free of errors. Sigme depends on YouTube, Google and other services that we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent that the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a loss of profits, revenue, views or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that the law does not let us limit, or the rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Florida, USA, govern these Terms. Courts in Florida decide disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
Changes to these Terms
When we change these Terms, we change the date at their top. If a change makes your rights or your payments worse, we tell you before it applies to you. If you use Sigme after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription and stop using Sigme.
